Limited Lifetime Warranty

On warranty exchanges must take in exchange what ever colors are available at time of exchange. Please see our Products page to see what is currently available. We warrant all wristbands to be free from material defects in design. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the SuperBandz product from superbandz.org, or any of our officially licensed resellers.

This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, and SuperBandz reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to refuse such products. All customers must officially register all of their SB products within 30 DAYS of original purchase. All information regarding the SB warranty registration process can be found on our FAQ page at superbandz.org. At time of SB Warranty Enactment, all customers must present what SUPERBANDZ deems as acceptable proof of original ownership (Original SuperBand) for the product in question.

Please download and complete the SB WARRANTY FORM and send with your $9.99 payment for shipping, processing and handling fees. You can pay the $9.99 online using the link below, be sure to include your Transaction ID from Stripe on your Warranty Form when sending in your SuperBandz:

Customer bears the cost of sending the defective product to SuperBandz and the cost of shipping, processing and handling.

Terms and Conditions

  • SuperBandz is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We encourage all of our clients to obtain a tracking number and insure as a safeguard.
  • Limited warranty covers the damage of a SuperBandz wristband.
  • SuperBandz’ sole liability for any acknowledged defect(s) shall be the replacement of the product in question.
  • Customer bears both the cost of sending the defective product(s) to SuperBandz, and the cost of shipping the replacement product back($9.99).
  • Limited warranty does not include or offer refunds, credits or upgrades. *Replacements are processed upon product availability.
  • SuperBandz shall NOT be liable under ANY circumstances for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If color is not available for exchange customer must receive what is available at that time of exchange.
