Can I make changes to my online order (color, size, shipping address, etc.)? How do I go about making those changes?

Please contact us IMMEDIATELY, Make sure you include your customer order# in the email subject line. Our dedicated SB Team Members will do their best to perform your request, but SuperBandz cannot guarantee all changes will be able to be made. Any and all changes that alter the total price of the order (substituting a product with a different price, adding/removing products, or changing shipping methods) cannot be processed. SB NOTE: Once our Team has begun the fulfillment process on your order, we are unable to make ANY changes to that order.

Can it get wet?

Yes. SuperBandz works in water and the products can be hand washed and air dried. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Can you wear SuperBandz 24 hours a day?

Yes, but every person is different. Some people prefer to wear their wristbands 24 hours a day.

Does the product need to touch my skin?

No, it does not need to touch the skin, although it does need to be within contact of the body’s natural energy field. This varies from person to person, but typically ranges from one to three inches from the skin.

How can I cancel my order?

How long does SuperBandz last?

Our bands are meant to last indefinitely, but product life span depends on the amount and type of usage.

What is SuperBandz?

SuperBandz is a health technology that uses negative ions that react positively with your body’s natural energy field to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.

Why was my order declined?

Most common reasons for declined orders: A card information change (such as billing address change) has not taken effect yet (can sometimes take a couple months). Expiration date does not match. Billing address does not match the address that the credit card statements are sent to (billing address must be the same exact address that the credit card statements are sent to). Credit limit has been exceeded. We encourage you to please contact your card issuer to determine the reason for the decline. Once you have identified the issue, you must replace the order.
